How to get headhunted for the best jobs in the market

Get Hired, head hunting , Job market

Many of you have asked me how to get noticed for the best job opportunities often headhunted and not openly advertised.

I’ve found success through the following two methods:

Continuous Skill Development: Every day, I focus on honing my skillset to stay ahead in the competitive job market.

Building My Brand: Daily efforts are invested in building my brand on LinkedIn and Twitter(X). or any other forum.

To be noticed by top recruiters, I follow these steps:

Embrace Personal Branding: I put effort into showcasing my expertise and achievements on LinkedIn and Twitter(X). Award wins always are just amazing magnets for great exposure.

Learn from Industry Peers: I follow and learn from industry peers who are doing exceptionally well in their fields. I’ve added them all on Twitter(x) and LinkedIn. I go through all the yearly rankings (40 under 40 / Creative Rankings) that get published and add all the people who are doing amazing work in my industry. So my feed is full of the best work that’s happening in the world.

Connect with Recruiters: I’ve established connections with recruiters on LinkedIn for the companies I’m interested in, allowing them to see the content I publish on social platforms daily (This is where the continuous skill development I’ve done comes into play).

Strive for Excellence: My goal is to be the best at what I do, and I actively build relationships on both global and local levels with the movers and shakers of the industry.

By adopting these practices, I’ve been fortunate to stay ahead of the curve, and I hope they can help you too! Remember, continuous growth and a strong personal brand can make all the difference in your career journey.
